the guy on this drivers license.is using his real name.JOSE BARRERA-PACHECO he is wanted in Raiford NC for kidnapping a 13 yr old hispanic girl in 2005. you can find his picture on her NCMC 1031024 poster. Her name is Diana ISABEL Gonsalez there is a warrant out for himHE was driving a black 4 door honda or a white van.
